Why Work With Me?

My journey began with a deep longing for freedom - from perfectionism, self-doubt, and the limiting stories we’re told about what’s possible. Creativity, art, and especially play saved my life. Through clowning, theatre, and movement, I discovered the radical joy and resilience that come from connecting to our bodies and letting our inner creative selves breathe.
I’ve lived and worked in places where creativity is an act of courage - from the Jenin refugee camp in Palestine, where I led The Freedom Theatre and learned the power of radical hope, to directing award-winning productions and leading the movement department at LAMDA, one of the world’s top drama schools. Along the way, I’ve studied with masters, trained in hypnotherapy, NLP, and neuroscience, and developed unique, effective ways to access the subconscious and unlock creative flow.
What makes my approach different is the fusion of embodied practice and deep listening. I blend movement, play, and subconscious work to create transformation that’s not just felt in the mind, but lived in the body. People who work with me say they feel safe, seen, and deeply supported - able to take creative risks, reconnect with joy, and discover new layers of their own potential.
In Play Ground, I hold a space where you are truly listened to, where your potential is always in focus, and where you can be both playful and brave. My intention is for you to walk away knowing that everything is possible, deeply loving yourself, and equipped with the tools and practices to keep growing - grounded in your body, your senses, and your creative fire.
At the heart of it all, my mission is to guide people to find their freedom through play. I believe that every encounter is a chance to change the world, one person at a time, and that by reconnecting to our own playfulness, we ripple that sense of freedom, creativity, and possibility out into the world.
